1、鋸床上的液壓油應加足,滑動和轉動部位抹上一層機油；

2、帶鋸床裝上鋸帶,調節(jié)漲緊裝置使鋸帶漲緊達到合適程度,調節(jié)好行程開關觸頭剛好碰到擋鐵,處于開啟狀態(tài)；

3、接上電源必須標準可靠,開啟電源開關,開動鋸試車,按照標牌上所注明旋向校正接線,同時聽其響是否正常；

4、檢查升、降油缸裝置,檢查鋸弓抬起和落下,是否可靠靈活；

5、檢查夾緊、放松油缸裝置,檢查夾緊時是否夾緊可靠,放松是否靈活；

6、在主電機電源開關開啟后,水泵相應同時啟動,冷卻系統(tǒng)正常運轉.調試閥門,檢查冷卻液是否流暢；

7、做好以上準備工作后,裝料夾緊鎖定,進行試鋸削.
