一：作業(yè)環(huán)境

1.設(shè)備需安裝防護罩，防止因鋸片、碎片飛散造成人身傷害和財產(chǎn)損失。

二：服裝、防護用具

1.作業(yè)者必須佩帶保護眼鏡、工作帽，防止造成人身傷害。

2.作業(yè)者必須穿戴整齊工作服和工作鞋才能作業(yè)，不能戴手套，且長發(fā)要安置于工作帽內(nèi)，以防發(fā)生危險。

三：使用前注意

1.確認設(shè)備是否良好，主軸精度，軸心公差H7。

2.檢查鋸片有無缺損、脫落、異常磨損、板體有無彎曲、扭曲、裂痕等異常現(xiàn)場。

3.確認所選鋸片是否合適切削材料，如選擇錯誤，可能造成鋸片破損、發(fā)生人身傷害。

四：鋸片的安裝

1.保證鋸片與法蘭的潔凈。法蘭直徑在鋸片的直徑1/3-1/4之間。

2.保證鋸片按正確的回轉(zhuǎn)方向安裝，回轉(zhuǎn)不正確會造成鋸片刀頭損壞及人身傷害事故。

3.保證所選的鋸片中孔與主軸的軸心要一致，無間隙安裝好法蘭盤，擰緊螺母。
