1、首先要檢查中空玻璃加工設(shè)備水箱里的水充足，然后打開水泵，調(diào)整白色海綿輥上方的噴水管，保證海綿輥所有位置都能被沖洗到。然后用手將海綿輥上的雜質(zhì)和臟物清洗干凈，并且保證海綿輥被完全泡開泡膨脹。注意在冬天開啟中空玻璃生產(chǎn)線時(shí)，一定不要先打開清洗傳送。因?yàn)槎靸蓚€(gè)緊鄰的海綿輥會(huì)被凍在一起，在沒有被浸泡開的情況下打開傳送，會(huì)導(dǎo)致海綿輥被撕壞。

3、鋁隔條上涂抹的丁基膠要保證均勻，而且涂抹在整個(gè)鋁條表面，防止漏膠，有毛刺現(xiàn)象。并且采用優(yōu)質(zhì)丁基膠保證鋁條和玻璃結(jié)實(shí)的站合在一起。鋁隔條涂完膠后禁止有粘上灰塵。
